This policy covers spicyhourproducts.com and inquiries submitted through our contact form. Our online shop is coming soon; this site does not currently accept orders or collect payment details.

Our contact form asks how you would like us to respond. If you choose email, we collect your email address. If you choose text message, we collect your mobile number. You may choose both. Your first name, last name, business or organization, and message are optional. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive personal information in your message.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss serving or selling Spicy Hour or investment opportunities, and manage the conversations you start with us. If you request launch updates, we may use your email address to send those updates. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Choosing text message lets us reply to your inquiry by text. It does not sign you up for promotional text messages.
Website operation and performance
Our hosting and security services may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device details, pages requested, and the time of a visit, to operate and protect the website. Information may be accessed by the Spicy Hour team and service providers that help us host and protect the website, deliver messages, and manage our business email, including Google Workspace. We do not sell contact-form information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Messages and related records may remain in our business email and website or delivery logs while needed to respond, manage ongoing discussions, troubleshoot delivery, or meet legal obligations. You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, or ask us to stop sending launch updates. Use our contact form and include “Privacy request” in your message.
