Her background includes building mission-driven consumer programs. She leads company strategy and executive direction as Southern Belle moves toward commercial launch.
A lifetime Girl Scout and community leader, Christina brings a community-minded perspective to the company’s development.
Al Baker
President & COO · Co-Founder
Al brings more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience spanning technology, production, hospitality, and marketing, with a background in operating early-stage ventures. He leads operations and commercialization, coordinating the work needed to move Spicy Hour toward production and launch.
A U.S. Army veteran with operations and logistics experience, Al brings practical execution and coordination to the team.
Marshall Downs
Chief Growth Officer
Marshall brings more than 20 years of experience scaling businesses, leading capital raises, and executing growth strategies across multiple industries. He leads growth, sales, and market development, building the customer and business relationships that can bring Spicy Hour to market.
His background also includes board service with Harbor Habitat for Humanity.
