From a kitchen experiment to an alcohol-free martini moment.
It started in our kitchen.
We wanted an alcohol-free drink that felt like an occasion: flavorful, smooth, and at home in a martini glass. Our first three concepts began with ingredients we could find off the shelf.
Friends and early supporters invited us to share those drinks at venues and events. Southern Belle kept emerging as the favorite. Those conversations helped us choose the flavor to lead Spicy Hour.
From idea to our own recipe.
Working with a formulation lab, we explored different iterations of flavor, texture, color, and feel. That work became a proprietary recipe owned entirely by Spicy Hour.
We then developed the label and chose a 12-ounce sleek can for our flagship.
